Stripes and Lines

There's something about creating order out of chaos by painting lines that I resonate with.

 

They speak to vibration and frequency, and orderliness. I enjoy exploring the variance of color combos, the directions of the lines and the different ways to create them: sometimes with tape, squeegees, natural sea sponges and/or freehand.
